Renewable energy: De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés advised the Prosolia Energy group on its partnership with Omnes Omnes
De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés (Matthieu Bichon, partner, Yoann Usseglio, lawyer) advised the Prosolia Energy group (a developer of renewable energy production projects based principally in Spain) on the establishment of a partnership with an investment fund managed by Omnes.   The aim of this partnership is to enable Prosolia Energy to become an independent electricity producer and to develop, build and operate most of its projects representing a pipeline of projects over 1 GW in Europe.   Omnes was advised by Clifford Chance (Marianne Pezant, partner, and Mehdi Bouzekri, lawyer).   "Our law firm is very active in assisting players in the energy transition. The maturity and the competition in the photovoltaic sector encourage the different operational actors to find solutions so as to support their growth and equity requirements for the development of their projects. For that reason, this type of partnerships between renewable energy developers and financial actor, in which we intervene regularly for different aspects (corporate, financing, operational, etc.), multiplies", explain Matthieu Bichon and Yoann Usseglio, lawyers at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés. "This is why Prosolia entrusted us with this operation, which contributes to the development of the solar energy in Europe".
