During his speech, the Prime Minister announced, among other things, new financing instruments for companies, tax cuts, new ways of accessing long-term partial activity, the relocation of certain industrial activities back to France (particularly in the health sector), the reorientation of growth towards energy and digital transition, an ambitious policy of large-scale projects and massive support to the cultural and film industries...
