Julie Cornély joined De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in 2017. She mainly advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and complex restructurings.

  She notably deals with equity capital transactions whether in terms of external growth (acquisitions or disposals of securities or assets), joint ventures or securities issues. She also intervenes in group restructuring operations, spin-offs and national and cross-border mergers.   Julie Cornély holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Louisiana State University (L.S.U.), specialising in "International Business Law" (2002), a DEA in Common Law and a Master of Private Law, focusing on "legal careers" from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas (2000-2001).   She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2004.   Julie Cornély in perfectly fluent in English, allowing her to assist a predominantly international clientele, particularly in the field of renewable energy, biomedical industry, mass distribution and services sectors.   "I am very honored and proud to be entrusted by De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés and I will be eager to fulfill my new functions with all the know-how and energy that my new responsibilities require," explains Julie Cornély.   "We are particularly pleased to announce the appointment of Julie as a partner," said Louis De Gaulle and Henri-Nicolas Fleurance, co-founders of De Gaulle, Fleurance et Associés.
