Sophie Weill practices public business law, in both advisory and litigation matters.
She assists her clients on the award, the negotiation and the execution of public contracts (public procurement, concessions, occupancy of the public domain, financial agreements, complex contractual agreements) in particular in infrastructure cases (transport, energy, healthcare….) for private and public clients.
She also advises her client in all areas of public business law (local authorities, public finances, public property and represents them before the administrative and civil courts.
