Michelle Colas has vast and significant experience in the fields of corporate law, corporate finance structuring and mergers and acquisitions.
She practices corporate law within the Structure division since 2009, and handles a large portfolio of listed and non-listed companies, including companies accredited by the French stock exchange supervisory body, the “Autorité des Marchés Financiers”, as investment vehicles management companies.
In this respect, Michelle Colas’ sharp corporate engineering and legal due diligence skills are major contributors to the division. She is routinely involved in drafting legal documentation pertaining to day-to-day corporate life (handling of all periodic corporate events and drafting of all associated documents and minutes, securities accounting, security transactions, etc.) and also brings her expertise to more complex non-routine transactions as well (reorganistion and financing, complex securities issuance, business bulk sales, leasing agreements, etc.).
