Marlena Harutyunyan focuses her practice on international arbitration and litigation.
She represents clients in international arbitration proceedings, both commercial and investment, taking place under the major arbitration rules (ICC, ICSID, LCIA, etc. ) She has experience in a broad range of areas including, aviation, infrastructure and construction projects, power & energy, oil & gas, railroad, industrial risks, defective products, post-acquisition and international trade disputes. Marlena Harutyunyan also appears before the French courts in arbitration related proceedings and complex commercial disputes.
Marlena is member of CFA40, Arbitral Women, Young Arbitrators Forum and ICDR Young & International.
French, English, Russian and Armenian and has a good knowledge of Ukrainian.
Marlena is a member of the Paris Bar (since 2014).
