Léa Oïffer-Bomsel intervenes in banking and finance law, with particular focus on investment fund structuring and asset management.
In this regard, Léa Oïffer-Bomsel advises asset management companies as part of the creation and marketing of their investment funds (FPCI, SLP, FPS, OFS etc.) and advises them on the legislation and regulations applicable to their activity. She assists and represents these companies in dispute proceedings before the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
She also advises investors in connection with their subscription to all types of investment funds.
Before joining De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés, she was legal counsel in the Legal Department of the asset management company La Française Asset Management and in AXA Group.
