Gaïa Witz focuses her practice on public business law. She provides advice and assistance to companies and public entities, as well in counsel as in litigation, notably in the fields of town-planning, public contracts, and follow-up of public projects. Highly committed in cases related to the energy transition since 2008, she regularly intervenes in sustainable energy projects, and assists her clients with regulatory issues, and matters relating to urbanism, land occupation, and environment.
Gaïa Witz also intervenes in support of construction projects and commercial equipment programs, and more generally, at the service of public policies (telecommunication, transport, and sport infrastructures).
