Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006, Claire Tergeman specializes in employment law. She holds a master’s degree in Employment Law from the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris I) and an additional master’s degree in Sociology of Law from the University of Panthéon-Assas (Paris II).
Claire focuses on all aspects of employment law, most notably in connection with acquisitions, takeovers, and reorganizations. Her employment law practice is rounded out by her extensive experience in labor and social security litigation. She also advises on issues of disclosure of confidential information by employees (loyalty, non-competition, confidentiality, and business secrecy). She has also developed a significant expertise in dealing with employees’ inventions and creations.
