Charlotte Buraux intervenes in various areas of business litigation and, as such, advises, assists and represents corporate officers and companies before the French civil and criminal courts.
She has developed a particular expertise in business criminal law. Thus, she both acts at the stage of criminal risk prevention (setting up delegations of powers, deployment of compliance programmes, etc.) and at the stage of criminal defense (in the context of criminal investigations but also before criminal courts).
Charlotte Buraux also has extensive experience in business litigation, particularly in commercial litigation (unfair competition, contractual litigation, etc.) and corporate litigation (shareholder disputes, directors’ liability, etc.).
